Trama

Il film è il personale commento del regista che osserva il suo paese, l'Inghilterra, in un continuo declino e lo fa con un linguaggio molto più simile alla poesia che alla prosa. Si sofferma in particolar modo su come sia cambiata Londra sotto la guida della Tatcher.
